A Norcross man has been arrested in a hit-and-run accident that left an 18-year-old critically injured. Nestor M. Tirado-Villar, 45, turned himself in to Sandy Springs police on Tuesday. He is charged with failure to stop at an accident, a felony, and was booked into the Fulton County Jail, according to Lt. Steve Rose. Tyler Toscendo Lusk of Sandy Springs was hit April 15 shortly after 9 p.m. while crossing Dunwoody Place near Hope Road. He remains in critical condition at Grady Hospital, according to hospital officials.
